To register for classes, fill out the registration form and email it to dance@danceworksgj.com.

All students must register for classes at the Dance Works studio, 2893 North Avenue, by telephone or by mail.  If you would like to register by mail, please download our registration agreement above.  You may register in person at the Dance Works studio Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, August 17, 18 & 19, 2009, 8:30am- 6:00pm, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, August 26, 27 & 28, 2009, 8:30am- 6:00pm, and Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, August 31, September 1 & 2, 2009, 8:30am- 6:00pm.  If registering by mail, please include the registration fee.  Dance Works has an open enrollment policy, but we recommend that you start as soon as possible!

*Registration:  All students must pay an enrollment fee: $25.00 per student.  This is an annual fee and covers the student from September through the following August.  Summer sessions require filling out a new registration form.

For payment purposes, classes which meet twice a week count as 2 classes/week. Pointe classes count as 1 class/week.

All private lessons are 30 minutes. The above prices include choreography. Interested individuals should speak to Miss Crystal or Miss Rachel

*Tuition:  Tuition is a monthly fee, regardless if it is a “long” month or a “short” month.  Tuition is due the 1st class of each month.  A late fee of $5.00 will be automatically charged to the account if the payment is not received in full by the 15th of the month.  Payment envelopes are available at the office, there is a payment box on the front counter, and a mail slot next to the door of “The Dancer’s Edge” retail shop.  There is a returned check fee of $20.00.  Accounts 60 days or more past due will be charged interest at the rate of 18% (1½%/month).

*Refunds: There are no refunds or credits for classes in which the student is enrolled, but fails to attend.

*Costume Fees: From $39.95 plus tax.
